Going into 2023 gubernatorial elections in Ogun state, the PDP has drafted legal documents to seal it’s collaboration with APM led by Abdulkadir Akinlade (Now Ogun PDP deputy governor).
Attached are legal documents reflecting sharing of appointments. According to an inside source, there are also agreements on 15% kickback on every contract sum awarded where 10% goes to the Adebutu’s PDP bloc and 5% to Akinlade’s APM bloc.
Furthermore, there is an agreement on a certain percentage of the state’s IGR via a revenue consultant to be appointed by Ladi Adebutu. A sum of N1bn will go to Adebutu’s PDP bloc while N500m will go to Akinlade’s APM bloc monthly!
